Actuate Global is growing — and we’re looking for a Telesales Enablement & Marketing Support Lead to become the dedicated marketing partner to our telesales team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves combining content, sales psychology, personalisation, and execution to help reps generate better conversations and warmer inbound interest — without relying solely on paid leads.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will empower every telesales team member with:
personalised outreach packs
branded GTM materials
LinkedIn messaging + content frameworks
email sequences and nurture follow-ups
tools that drive replies, trust, and conversions
Your mission is simple:
Equip the team with everything they need to generate organic, warm leads and improve conversion through relevance and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Personalised GTM Packs for Every Rep
* Build tailored outreach strategies aligned to each rep’s sector, persona focus and sales style
* Create bespoke branded assets including:
* LinkedIn connection + in-mail templates
* Follow-up and nurture sequences
* Social thought-leadership copy
* Mini value propositions for outreach
* Ensure all messaging is compliant, consistent and on-brand
Ongoing Enablement & Support
* Regularly refine each rep’s GTM toolkit based on pipeline needs and feedback
* Provide on-demand content support for proposals, vertical campaigns and one-off opportunities
* Train reps on how to use LinkedIn and messaging assets effectively
Organic Lead Generation Engine
* Develop repeatable frameworks to help reps:
* Start better conversations
* Improve reply rates
* Increase connection acceptance
* Strengthen nurture quality
* Produce credibility-building content such as:
* Short posts
* Comment scripts
* Micro case studies
* Industry insights
Collaboration Across Sales & Marketing
* Work closely with the CMO on positioning and messaging
* Partner with telesales leadership to turn objections and blockers into content
* Coordinate with the Growth/Channel team for consistency across channels
Operational Excellence
* Maintain a library of reusable templates, sequences, and messaging blocks
* Document GTM packs clearly for version control
* Build light reporting on what content drives replies and engagement
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll likely have:
* 2–4 years experience in marketing, sales enablement, content, or digital comms
* Strong writing skills — concise, compelling and personalised
* Understanding of B2B outreach and LinkedIn social selling
* High attention to detail and brand consistency
* Ability to manage multiple personalised workstreams
* Collaborative mindset across sales + marketing
