Job Title: Service Advisor – Automotive Motor Repairer
Location: Killingworth, Newcastle, NE12 5US
Salary: £30,000 + bonus – OTE £33,600
Full Time and Permanent – Monday – Friday 8.00am -5.30pm – 42.5 hours a week
NO WEEKENDS!
Our client is an independent motor repair business that specialises in gear box repairs, they have been established since 1971.
They are now actively looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their garage in Killingworth.
The role is Monday to Friday only, so NO WEEKENDS!
The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Computer literacy.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
* Valid driver’s license (preferred)
* Ability to process information accurately and efficiency.
* Flexibility.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
