55,000 Bonus Benefits We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 developer seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator, who will be based in Norwich.
The Role You will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of residential projects from planning and design through to construction.
Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
Oversee the submission of planning, building regulation, and warranty approvals.
Strong understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
