Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored for the Nursery/Foundation level.
2. Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff for effective teaching and smooth operations.
3. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
4. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and develop foundations for lifelong learning.
5. Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
Requirements and Qualifications
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Previous experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teaching.
8. Strong knowledge and understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy, curriculum and child development.
9. Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
10. An adaptable and flexible approach to meet varied needs and circumstances.
