Primary School Teacher - Summer Term 2025, potentially longer term/perm

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident, dedicated Primary School Teacher on behalf of a wonderful client school in the Clacton on sea area.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
* Encourage a love for learning by fostering a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
* Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to enhance the students' educational experience.
* Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to continually refine your teaching practice.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering engaging lessons.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
