Job Overview:
The Customer Data Platform leader will lead an exciting and critically important strategic initiative for Capgemini’s Banking and Capital Markets business unit focused on UK and EU market. Your Role:
* You will aid our clients to transform their marketing customer data landscape - Strategize, design, develop and implement large customer data programs for our clients, help them change the way they deliver value to their clients
* You will also be accountable for helping to drive and deliver customer data platform programs across banking accounts, engaging with them and leveraging the full power of Capgemini to solve their problems
* You will work with Capgemini practice and account teams to shape complex customer data platform deals
* You’ll will work on strategizing key engagements and teams that encompass a wide range of activities, including assessments and roadmaps to provide recommendations, and activating new ways of working using agile rhythms and enabling leading digital platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
* This role will also assist in the activities of developing a direction for managing the data portfolio of to-be solutions to better match business outcome objectives
* Work closely with customers in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios for future solutions
* Lead implementation of the solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live"
* Work with the senior management on defining data strategy and best practices, as well as identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, resiliency throughout the organization
* Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media.
Your Profile:
* Minimum 1 year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms
* Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Tealium Audience Stream, Redpoint, ActionIQ etc.
* Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation
* Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms
* Experience with marketing customer data models, marketing analytics
