Credit Benchmark is a financial data analytics company offering access to an entirely new source of information: the consensus credit risk view of the world’s leading banks. These unique credit risk indicators help deliver a greater understanding of the credit quality of entities around the world. We provide our services to leading financial institutions around the world.
The Role
We are looking for someone who wants to sit at the centre of how the business runs. This role reports to Head of Sales and stretches across the commercial team, the London office and the leadership group. You will support the CEO, the Head of Sales and one of our Co-Founders while also keeping the commercial team organised and moving in the right direction. You will become the person who keeps things flowing, spots problems early and makes sure the operation feels tight and professional.
This is an in-person role. You will need to work within our hybrid setup which has at least three set days in the office.
Your Responsibilities
Commercial support
* Track and share weekly commercial KPIs across pipeline, activity, forecasting and team performance
* Collate data and reports from Salesforce and other CRM systems and convert into digestible output
* Prepare briefing notes for meetings and assist with drafting of decks, summaries and follow ups
* Coordinate commercial events, hosted client sessions, conferences and trips including travel logistics
* Monitor and remain proactive on commercial team operations ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Leadership support
* Provide diary and meeting support and coordination for the CEO (US based), Head of Sales and Co-Founder (UK based)
* Manage and prepare for internal and external meetings including agendas, materials and next steps
* Coordinate travel schedules and logistics as required
* Act as a trusted point of contact and keep information and coordination organised
Office operations
* Ownership and responsibility for all office management related matters for our London office space and act as key point of contact for the US and India office management needs
* Operate as the key point of contact for external visitors, new starters and leavers regarding building access and Information
* Be the key point of contact for our relationship with our serviced office provider
* Support global office management related tasks as required for teams in the US and India
* Be a lynch pin of our culture with ownership and responsibility for monthly company meetings, company offsite events and oversight of global social calendars.
What we are looking for
You should be highly organised, perceptive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support senior leaders, oversee key aspects of the commercial operation, and ensure the smooth running of the London office. Success requires a proactive, reliable approach and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities with precision and attention to detail.
The kind of experience that helps
* At least 3 years in a professional office environment, ideally in tech or financial services
* C-Suite and senior management PA or EA experience, or experience supporting commercial, client facing teams
* Strong organisation and strategic planning skills with a high attention to detail
* Project management skills
* Confident in owning a dynamic workload and adept at balancing multiple priorities
Skills that will set you up for success
* Clear written and spoken communication
* Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently
* Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information
* Fluent in utilising Microsoft Office. Bonus if you have used Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce or AI tools in an EA or operations setting
* Maintains composure under pressure and demonstrates strategic thinking
* Reliable and dependable, providing a steady and reassuring presence for colleagues
* Collaborative team player who positively contributes to the organisational culture
Other essentials
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
* Eligible to work in the UK
