Job Title: SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) Location: Mainstream Primary School with ARP – WD19 Start Date: January 2026 Contract: 3 days per week or Full Time Salary: Paid to scale (dependent on experience) We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate SENCo to join our welcoming mainstream primary school in the WD19 area from January. The school has a well-established Additional Resource Provision (ARP) and a strong commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality provision for all pupils. The Role: The successful candidate will lead and manage SEND provision across the school, working closely with the ARP team, class teachers, senior leaders, external agencies, and families to ensure pupils with additional needs are supported effectively and thrive.
