Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of the nursery, ensuring that each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.
Duties
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
* Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Support children in their daily routines, including meals, nappy changing, and personal hygiene.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development.
* Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on child development.
Experience
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
