Retail & Online Content Position at a small family run Islamic Book Store.
We are seeking a talented and creative Content creator and retail sales assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to gain skills abd build your CV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written content that engages our audience and supports our marketing objectives. You will play a key role in developing content strategies, managing various content platforms, and ensuring that all written materials align with our brand voice and goals.
Full training provided on systems and customer service which can be used in future roles.
We are looking for a confident individual who has a passion for Retail Sales & Marketing.
This is an excellent opportunity to upskill and gain experience
The successful candidate will be required to:

* Create compelling and informative content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
* Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Instagram & TikTok
* Manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
* Assist in the management of social media accounts, crafting posts that resonate with our audience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
Requirements
* Proven experience in content creation and customer service, preferably in a professional setting.
* Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies on Social Media
* Familiarity with TikTok Video techniques and tools to enhance online visibility.
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to develop engaging content strategies that align with business objectives.
* Knowledge of email marketing best practices is advantageous.
* Experience in social media management, including creating engaging posts tailored for different platforms.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
