Marketing Manager Contract: Permanent, FT/PT Salary: Competitive Location: Hook, Hampshire - Office based with some hybrid flexibility considered Your Challenges: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales. Manage digital marketing efforts, to include SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media. Create compelling content for digital and conventional advertising materials. Organise and coordinate industry exhibitions, trade shows, Manage the companys website and ensure optimal performance and engagement. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Requirements: Degree educated in a Marketing, Business or Communications discipline CIM qualification or equivalent would be beneficial, Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electronics or a tech industry. Strong grasp of B2B marketing, Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media strategies and managing website content (e.g. WordPress) graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), Experienced with marketing tools and CRM mail campaigns. Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills. Can compose and edit short video clips. Proven experience organising trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with analytical skills to measure and optimise campaigns. Knowledge of ABM techniques is a plus.
