Architectural Project Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

A boutique, design-led architecture practice is looking for an Architectural Project Manager who thrives in the construction phase. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning projects, leading teams, and being trusted by clients.
You’ll be working on technically complex, well-funded projects with real-world impact, the kind where coordination, clarity, and decision-making genuinely matter. Ideal for a mid-senior level architect who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and seeing projects out of the ground.
If you’re a licensed Architect (or working towards licensure), confident in Revit, and comfortable leading conversations on site as well as in meetings, this could be a natural next step.

Office: New York, NY
Hours: Flexible, Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00 pm
Duties
Manage architectural projects from design development through construction
Lead project teams, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, and specialist consultants
Handle construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
Oversee quality and coordination of construction documents
Act as a key client point of contact and mentor junior staff
Requirements
8–10 years’ experience within architectural practice
Strong construction-phase (“out of the ground”) project exposure
Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
Confident using Revit (AutoCAD experience beneficial)
Experience with complex or technical building types is advantageous
