Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Building Maintenance Officer on a temporary full time basis covering the Armagh area.
Responsibilities:
·Performing minor fixes, such as changing fuses, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, unblocking drains etc.
·Conducting cleaning duties and ensuring grounds are free of litter and harmful materials
·Regularly testing fire and security alarms, ensuring fire fighting equipment is accessible, and maintaining unrestricted access to fire exits
·Identify and escalate any further maintenance or repair needs as required
·Support incident response and emergency call outs as required
Requirements:
·Level 4 qualification in a relevant building/construction subject
·Previous experience working in planned and reactive maintenance of non domestic buildings
·Working knowledge of statutory compliance in buildings
·Full driving licence and access to transport to facilitate the jobs duties
