Role: Football Pathway Administrator
Location: 136 Freshfield Road. The foundation offices based in Brighton, BN2 0BR
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What is the role
You will be the primary contact for all incoming correspondence, managing emails, post, and the phone line. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting kit orders, sending registers to staff and schools, keeping records, producing reports, and handling paperwork and filing. You will also support with general finance duties like drawing up purchase purchase orders and invoices.
Am I right for this role
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills as you will need to communicate with different stakeholders in this role. You will be highly proficient using a range of IT applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
