What you’ll need to be:
* Experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with strong leadership capability within branded hospitality
* Trained kitchen manager
* Based in the local area or planning to relocate
* Expertise in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
* Commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
* Detail‑oriented with operational standards and processes
* Well‑presented, analytical and proactive in problem‑solving
* Committed to supporting the GM to build a great team and business
