We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our growing and dynamic New Homes team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic role for someone with existing sales experience, property or otherwise, who is ready to take the next step in their career and build specialist knowledge within the new homes sector. As part of our high-performing team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our developer clients and purchasers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the excellent reputation of our brand. This opportunity offers significant scope for development within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will join a team of 25 professionals within our residential sales and lettings office, including coordinators, negotiators, property managers and partners. Our office offers an engaging work environment with plenty of exciting events, office socials, health and wellbeing initiatives, and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Main tasks:

Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Conduct property viewings across a range of new homes developments, presenting each scheme with enthusiasm and knowledgeable detail.
Negotiate sales between purchasers and developers, working to secure successful and profitable outcomes.
Complete AML and compliance checks to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring clear, timely communication with clients, purchasers, and internal colleagues.
Support the wider New Homes team, contributing positively to team targets, departmental success, and a collaborative working culture.
Provide consistent client care, ensuring that every purchaser or developer receives a high level of service in line with company values and reputation.

What will it take to be successful ?

We are looking for a candidate who brings previous experience in a sales-based role and demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, along with the confidence to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. A positive, team‑focused attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate will also be IT‑literate, with familiarity in using CRM systems or the ability to learn them quickly. A proactive approach to customer care and problem‑solving is also important. Experience within the new homes market, or the wider property industry, would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
