Exciting opportunity to join a progressive school for children and young adults with a range of SEMH needs!
This Woking-based School is looking for a Primary Teacher to join a fun and supportive team at a purpose-built school. This is a school for children aged 7-16 with a range of SEMH needs and associated challenging behaviours. Many of the children have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and are very much at risk of negative outcomes without these appropriate interventions.

4. Knowledge of current good practice in teaching
5. Successful experience of differentiating lessons to enable pupils to access the curriculum

7. Able to build confidence and motivation
8. Able to learn quickly and communicate effectively
9. Able to build robust and effective relationships with students
10. Able to remain calm and resilient when placed in situations of stress or conflict
11. Flexible and adaptable
12. Caring, compassionate, and a good listener
13. Promote the school’s vision, values and aims
Additional Information:
* ASAP start
* Full-time
* Salary: MPS (up to M6) + Additional SEN Allowance + Fringe, £140-£200 per day
* Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided
