They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Leicester studio.

Duties
* Help deliver on a range of industrial projects
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
* Undertake site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
