Chef Manager\n\n Pertemps Network Catering is now looking for a temporary, potentially permanent, Chef Manager to work Monday to Sunday on shift patterns of 11:30 am – 7:30 pm, and 7 am – 7:30 pm to assist our clients in schools in the Rugby, Warwickshire. \nThe ideal applicant will take two or one days off per week, depending on the demands, but must be very consistent and adaptable.\n\nThis position will require working in a school where you will be responsible for preparing well-balanced and appetising meals for approximately (Apply online only) students, which will benefit their overall well-being and academic achievement.\n \nChef Manager Responsibilities:\n\nAdapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.\nComply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.\nMonitor food quality, portion control, and minimise waste.\nOversee food production and cooking\nTake control of the ordering\nMaintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.\nOrder and manage food supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\nAssist in maintaining inventory records and budget control.Chef Manager Qualifications: \n\nGNVQ LEVEL 2/3Chef Manager Benefit:\n\nCompetitive salary.\nRegular working hours from Monday to Friday.\nOpportunity to contribute to the well-being and nutrition of students.\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.If you are an experienced Chef and believe this role is for you, please do apply at Pertemps Network Catering
