Customer Support Executive
to join our Head Office team in Liphook, Hampshire.
This is a central role in our business. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and help our sales team provide an excellent customer experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Acting as the first line of support for customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Supporting the trade sales team with order processing, stock checks, and proactive customer communication.
* Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service with a friendly and professional approach.
* Proactively and efficiently handling and resolving customer issues.
About You:
You have previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or FMCG. You have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer care. You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
