Ideal English Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering English lessons
* Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to supply teaching
* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
* Willingness to work across different school environments
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
* A positive and proactive approach as an English Teacher
