You are a Brand Strategist, with 5-7 years’ experience, a passion for branding, a knack for solving complex business problems, and experience leading projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join a brilliantly collaborative, 30 strong, independent branding and design agency who are thriving. They work 3 days a week from their beautiful studios near Soho, London. Sectors are B2B, corporate, professional services, charity, and purpose-led clients.
You’ll be joining a five-person strategy team made up of creative thinkers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and problem-solvers. It’s a warm, collaborative environment where ideas are shared, egos are left at the door, and everyone contributes to building something special.

About the Role
As a Senior Strategist, you’ll be expected to lead your own projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll be shaping the path of brand and business transformation projects, including positioning, identity, culture change, comms and guiding clients and internal teams alike with confidence, clarity, and curiosity.
This isn’t just about writing clever strategy decks — it’s about deeply understanding a business, being curious, unlocking its potential, and setting your creative teams up for success with strong, inspiring briefs. You’ll build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate closely with creatives, helping to tackle big, future-facing challenges like such as “What does the future of work look like in an AI-driven world?” – it’s a complex world!
The agency’s work is primarily B2B, but it feels like consumer! With plenty of variety across corporate, professional services, charities, and purpose-driven brands. Every project demands high-level problem-solving, originality, and insight — and you’ll have the autonomy and support to deliver your best work.
What you will do for this agency
1. Leading brand strategy projects end-to-end
2. Developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
3. Writing inspiring, sharp creative briefs that fuel great ideas
4. Collaborating closely with creatives to bring strategy to life
5. Working across diverse sectors, with a strong focus on corporate and B2B transformation
6. Participating in a weekly strategy team meet-up to share thinking, test ideas, and collaborate
What this agency hopes you will have
7. 5–7 years’ experience in brand strategy, ideally from a great branding agency, independent or global
8. Variety, cultural diversity, a life lived. This team is a patchwork of joy and talent, so if you’ve worked abroad, or grew up outside of the UK, or have zigzagged before going into branding, even better!
9. A proven track record working on branding projects – even better if in corporate and B2B projects
10. Experience in brand, business and cultural transformation or change
11. Strong problem-solving skills — you’re energised by complex challenges
12. A collaborative, thoughtful approach to strategy and teamwork
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. A passion for brand, creativity, and making a positive impact
15. Someone who enjoys mixing perspectives and working in a diverse, multicultural team
