Our clients are primarily owner-manager businesses looking to us for guidance with their bookkeeping needs while continually providing personal service and attention. We are seeking a full-time experienced bookkeeper. We believe that bookkeeping is the foundation of accounting, and this role is pivotal in supporting our clients. Job description Minimum 2 years of experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online for Canadian companies. Full cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations of bank and sub-ledger accounts. Familiar with or willing to learn payroll services for clients. Prepare GST/HST, PST, WCB, T4 and/or T5 returns Communicate with management. Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel. Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data. Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience is an asset, preferably with a Canadian public practice firm Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
