As a Client Account Manager at Miri, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day client relationships, fostering a successful environment for our client/agency partnership to thrive. You will be responsible for delivering the contractual outputs while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen the client relationship to secure Miri as a core agency partner for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive Creative and Paid Social User Acquisition (UA) strategies and lead high-scale performance marketing functions for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with Miri’s UA and creative specialists to help our clients achieve their growth objectives through effective user acquisition strategies.
Competent project management skills - experience in managing multiple workstreams and demands concurrently
Demonstrated interest in, or practical qualifications in performance marketing and/or the use of channel tools
Proven experience in User Acquisition and Creative Marketing within the app marketing industry
A good working knowledge of how to interpret data to analyse, report, optimise and performance led decisions
Demonstrate success in scaling app marketing campaigns across various channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Video Ad Networks, Apple Search Ads, etc)
Demonstrate understanding of Web-to-App strategies
Enjoy building relationships, managing and working directly with clients
Proficiency using standard work tools such as MS office / Google Docs etc
You’ll be a reliable team member who can command the respect of internal and external stakeholders in relation to their knowledge and role on accounts.
Client Relationship Management
Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Understanding client businesses, industries, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Strategy & Performance
Create and present clear plans and recommendations, ensuring all outputs are high-quality and client-ready.
Drive channel relationships, working closely with sales reps to understand new product developments and surfacing relevant opportunities with clients.
Team & Project Management
Support your own development and contribute positively to the team culture.
Manage account financials, including forecasting, billing, and profitability.
Represent Miri in pitches, building trust in our capabilities.
Spot and convert opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Help shape and deliver account growth plans through consultative selling.
Be proactive in supporting broader business needs as required.
