These roles are full-time and long-term, offering a brilliant opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs across the academic year with the potential for permanent placement.

What You ll Be Doing:
* Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Supporting teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons
* Fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging students to build confidence, independence, and social skills
* Collaborating closely with the SENCO and wider school team to meet individual needs
What We re Looking For:
* Individuals who are caring, resilient, and passionate about SEN support
* Prior experience with children is ideal but not essential
* A team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
* Dedication to helping every child thrive
