Essential Qualifications
* RICS Membership
* Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don’t have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
Desirable
* Local government experience as a valuer
About the Role – The post holder will
* Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first‑class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
* Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
* Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.
