The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including:
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
* Administering Probate and managing estates
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on Tax Planning and Inheritance Tax Exemptions
* Handling Inheritance Claims and matters of Intestacy
You’ll be given autonomy over your work while being part of a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent client care.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in private client law
* Experience handling your own private client caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organised, efficient, and comfortable managing deadlines
* A client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
