The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Executive Planner to play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and managing diverse projects across both public and private sectors. You’ll work within a collaborative and supportive team environment where creativity, initiative, and professional growth are encouraged. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver successful planning outcomes across multiple sectors. Contribute to the preparation and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs), ensuring compliance with planning and environmental regulations. Provide clear, concise planning advice to clients and assist in developing effective project strategies. Support the preparation and management of large-scale planning applications, including research, appraisals, and appeals. Keep up to date with planning legislation and best practice to ensure the highest standards of professional delivery. Requirements Degree or Master’s in Town Planning (or equivalent). Chartered Member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and/or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within a consultancy environment. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Interested?
