The Role:
* Sales role covering Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire
* Selling a selection of decorative lighting products into electrical wholesalers and retailers
* As an advisor to the client base you will assist them with your expert knowledge and opinion on the product range and selection to best suit the resellers environment
* With a very large product range extending to over 500 variants of products, you will never be short of options to expertly advise the customer on, assisting them with in selecting a product range to be placed within stores
* Selling directly to the multiple retail clients and independents, they will decide on which products to carry across their store and will have the products branded to match the corporate identity that is required by them
The Ideal Person:
* It is essential that anyone applying for this role has a very good level of experience with Account Management and preferably selling through Resellers
* You must have previous experience with the lighting industry, ideally selling to wholesale or retail
* You will need to have a natural ability to build relationships with clients and assist in growing the overall spending of the regions accounts through your expert advice and professional manner
* The person applying for this role will need to be a bright and intelligent character that can work well as an individual but also works well in a team environment
* Anyone applying for this role needs to be a quick learner and have the ability to take on information regarding the product range and Company information
* It is very important that you have a high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office packages and can present information in a clear and effective manner to a broad range of clients
* You will need to be prepared to travel across the midlands when meeting with clients
