What you will deliver?
* Ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
* Coordinate the on‑site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
* Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
* Be involved in groundworks and internal fit out.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.
* Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
* Record and report key metrics to team members and management.
* Provide operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
* Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
* Proven technical knowledge of the Construction industry.
* Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve.
* Be self‑motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines.
* Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Attention to Health and Safety matters.
* Commercially astute.
* Experience in the data centres sector is desirable.
* Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or similar.
