Commercial Operations Manager - Fresh Produce Were looking for a Commercial Operations Manager with fresh produce / packhouse experience to lead the end-to-end supply chain in a fast-moving environment. Youll take ownership of demand planning, stock management, and logistics, ensuring the right product is packed, planned, and delivered to customers on time while minimising waste and cost. This is a hands-on role working closely with commercial teams, packhouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep a short shelf-life supply chain running smoothly.
