Pay: £100 - £115 per day

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
This role would suit a patient, proactive, and caring individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive school environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children in a primary school setting
A good understanding of strategies to support learning, communication, and behaviour
A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Main Responsibilities:
Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support
Supporting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
Encouraging pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Using creative and engaging methods to support learning
Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
