Job Overview
Apprentice Dental Nurse at Bupa Dental Care. You will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18‑24 month training programme. Prior to the end‑point assessment you must obtain level 2 English and Maths (equivalent to GCSE grades A–C) if not already achieved.
Working Pattern
Full Time: 30.35 hours per week. Tuesday 8‑6:30, Thursday 8‑5:30, Friday 8‑5, Saturday 7:45‑12:15.
Pay: £12.71 per hour until qualified.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient care from the moment someone walks in until they leave.
* Support dental professionals and provide chair‑side assistance.
* Learn and apply infection control, dental materials, equipment, and resources.
* Respond to medical emergencies.
* Understand legislative compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Possess clinical skills, health promotion, patient care and management.
Qualifications
Level 2 English and Maths evidence, or equivalent.
Commitment to completing the Level 3 apprenticeship and becoming a GDC‑registered dental nurse.
