We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Home Manager to support the daily running of a care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in care home management who is not required to hold a nursing qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.
* Engage with residents to understand their individual needs and deliver person-centred care.
* Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
* Assist with audits, care planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
* Previous Deputy Home Manager or Clinical Lead experience in a care home setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to engage with residents and staff at all levels.
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
