Overview
This is a fixed term contract for 18 months. The full-time role is based at Leicester Support Centre with hybrid ways of working. Future Fit is our key business transformation programme that will improve ways of working for colleagues by standardising and future-proofing our end-to-end processes, data and systems. It is a huge and exciting business transformation. This role drives the people-side of change in our transformation to ensure that new ways of working are fully adopted, colleague experience is improved and business benefits are realised. The focus of the role is on driving behavioural change, reducing resistance and championing adoption of new processes, data and systems.
