IT / Computing Teacher
Fixed-term role starting January
We’re working with a well-established secondary school to recruit an IT and Computing teacher for a fixed-term position starting in January. There is clear potential for further roles once this contract ends, making it a good option if you’re looking for continuity beyond the initial placement.
The school has a strong focus on high expectations, clear routines, and preparing students with practical skills for life beyond school. Staff work collaboratively and are supported by a consistent behaviour approach and a clear curriculum structure.
The role
* Teaching Computing and IT across relevant key stages
* Delivering clear, engaging lessons with a practical focus
* Working within an organised and well-resourced department
* Supporting students to build confidence and digital skills
About you
* QTS is preferred but not essential
* Experience teaching or covering Computing and IT is essential
* Confident managing a classroom and setting clear expectations
* Reliable, organised, and committed to good-quality teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
