They’re now looking for a commercial, people-focused leader to take ownership of regional growth, lead a recruitment/sales team, and help shape the next phase of the business. This role is not about sector pedigree. You don’t need to come from childcare, education or caregiving. What matters is sales confidence, recruitment know-how, and the appetite to lead. The opportunity This is a genuine leadership role with teeth. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, drive change and build something meaningful — not just hit numbers and keep the wheels turning.
