You must either hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance) for this role, which will require a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK to be eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the Technical Operational Authority (TOA), owning the technical delivery model and maintaining service quality throughout the life of the contract.
* Assess and implement complex in-life changes, ensuring minimal impact on existing infrastructure and providing technical concurrence and documentation updates.
* Serve as the primary technical liaison between BT and the customer, participating in change advisory boards, service reviews, and strategic discussions as required.
* Lead problem and incident management, coordinating across suppliers, third parties, and internal resolver teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
* Drive continuous service improvement through performance optimisation, capacity analysis, and proactive estate management of hardware and software lifecycles.

What We'd Like To See On Your CV
* Proven experience working within a systems integrator support environment as a skilled technical engineer.
* Detailed knowledge of EMS products, IT systems, applications, and Data Services technologies with associated management tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work across the service lifecycle, contributing technical expertise and supporting bids as a subject matter expert.
* Experience delivering service improvement and transformation initiatives, enhancing performance and operational efficiency.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and accountable approach to achieving outcomes.
