Talent Coordinator (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)Derby | Part-time (25 hours, Monday–Friday) £27,500 pro rataGanymede and ATA Recruitment are specialist recruitment businesses delivering engineering and technical talent across the UK’s infrastructure and transportation sectors.We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support across our internal recruitment function. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of internal recruitment, onboarding, and training activity across both brands, on a 12-month maternity cover.This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and coordination are essential.Your contracted office location will be our Head Office in Derby. Following completion of your training, you will be able to utilise our agile working policy, working predominantly from home with travel to the office required as needed.What You’ll Be DoingA hands-on coordination role focused on administration, systems management, and supporting recruitment activity:Recruitment & Coordination SupportProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Talent ManagerCoordinating internal recruitment activity from advertising through to interview stageManaging candidate communications and responding to queriesScreening applications and supporting shortlisting activityScheduling interviews, meetings, and assessment activityMaintaining accurate candidate records within the CRM systemSystems & AdministrationManaging and updating recruitment and interview platformsMaintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting informationSupporting recruitment marketing administration and ad responsesCollating and organising recruitment and EDI dataTraining & LMS SupportAdministering our internal LMS (Ganymede Academy) for internal and external usersUploading content, managing user access, and tracking completionGenerating reports on training activity and engagementSupporting coordination of onboarding and internal training materialsSupplying training reports and data for auditsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious administration or coordination experience, ideally in a recruitment settingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and confidence handling data and systemsComfortable supporting others in a fast-paced, structured environmentStrong IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)Clear, confident communicator with a proactive attitudeWhy Join Us?A support-focused role at the centre of internal recruitment activityExposure to recruitment, onboarding, and learning systemsOpportunity to build strong administrative and coordination skills within a growing business group If you’re looking for a structured, varied support role where accuracy and organisation are key, we’d love to hear from you.To apply or find out more, contact Rachael Bailey-Frost.Ganymede is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
