We are seeking a General Catering Manager to lead a premium, experience-led hospitality operation. This is a high-profile position suited to an individual who excels in fast-paced, quality-driven environments and understands the demands of a commercially focused business.
Operating at the intersection of high-end dining, curated events and daytime experiences, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless, elevated hospitality offer aligned with the standards of a globally recognised luxury brand. As General Catering Manager, you will take ownership of the operation, leading your team across restaurant service, events and daytime experiences. Your focus will be on delivering a cohesive, high-performing offer that consistently exceeds expectations and creates memorable guest journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Full operational leadership across dining, events and daytime experiences.
Deliver a consistently high-end guest journey, with exceptional attention to detail.
Accountability for financial performance, P&L, budgeting & cost and overall business performance.
Drive revenue and maximise commercial opportunities.
Lead, inspire and develop the team, promoting professionalism and excellence.
About You
Proven leadership experience within upscale hospitality, events or multi-use operations.
Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience managing budgets and profitability.
A clear understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement.
Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted operations.
A confident and credible leader with strong communication skills
Demonstrable success in senior roles within premium hospitality environments.
Experience across fine dining, events or experience-led venues is highly desirable.
A natural team builder with a track record of developing and retaining talent.
