Hayman-Joyce Broadway are looking for a highly motivated & ambitious person to become a Sales Negotiator in our fantastic residential sales team in Broadway.
This role would suit someone who already has experience in sales and would like to progress their career within Estate Agency.
Key responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to look after sellers and buyers, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion.
Skills and experience required:
* Great communicator and experienced sales person
* Able to generate new business
* Outstanding customer care / customer serviceexperience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detailed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Weekend working
