Join our large public sector client as an
HR Business Partner and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive workplace. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Provides expert HR advice and support to managers across a range of employee relations matters.
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver proactive HR solutions.
Drive consistency, compliance, and best practice across the organisation.
Deliver training and development to empower line managers.
Support recruitment, policy development, and HR project work.

Possess a Degree (Level 6) qualification, CIPD membership and at least two years' HR experience OR Possess a Degree (Level 6) qualification, be working towards a CIPD membership and at least four years' HR experience
Have experience of providing professional HR advice on human resources matters to a senior level within the organisation
Ability to produce reports on Human Resources management information.
Possess a full, current UK driving licence or have access to a form of transport which enables them to fulfil the full requirements of the job.
