We have an exciting opportunity to join a nursery and preschool with a family feel in Lincoln.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the team, taking an active role in the opening process as well as to become an established member of the team.
We will expect the candidate to contribute a high standard of care for children and provide age-appropriate, fun, stimulating, and educational activities. You will have a genuine passion for education and making a change in children's lives. We are looking for those who have a "can-do" attitude and bags of drive and motivation.
We have a strong family feel, and staff are actively involved in developing the ethos and approaches across the whole setting. We are focused on excellence and provide a purposeful, stimulating environment that is rich in learning opportunities. Safeguarding is, of course, a top priority.

You will hold a level 3 current and relevant, early years qualification (or higher) and will have experience of working with children aged 0-5yrs. Under 2's experience, SEND experience and/or experience in a lead role desirable, but not essential.
We currently have two positions available; hours are negotiable for the right candidate, ranging from part-time (up to 30 hours a week) to full time (40 hours a week).
