Key accountabilities Administer and maintain Cyber Security Applications – email filtering / EDR / SIEM Monitor and react to Cyber Security Technology dashboards and alerts with incident remediation Monitor and administer Service Desk - Security related tickets Provide Cyber Security support for AFB colleagues Logging support calls with external Cyber Security Vendors & third parties Vulnerability management on AFB endpoints Ensure Cyber Security documentation is current and up to date Shift work / Out of Hours Support when required Provide analytical Cyber Security reporting for key stakeholders Support any additional Cyber Security initiatives as required Generic Responsibilities Ensure compliance with “The Blakemore Way” and appropriate levels of the competency framework Maintain employee and organisational confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act / GDPR Demonstrate commitment to equality and diversity Comply with Health and Safety responsibilities in line with the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Comply with all other policy and legal requirements in relation to role Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required Essential Good telephone manner Experience of end user IT support Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems Full clean Driving License Desirable Anti-Virus, EDR or SIEM solution knowledge Basic understanding of Cyber Security Principles Knowledge of ITIL Experience of Active Directory / Office 365 / Mobile Device Management About Us: A.F.
