Job Description
Operations Coordinator - (9 - 3.30 pm), Near Slough:
3. Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth support to all areas of the business.
4. Assist with administrative tasks to support the site management team.
5. You will be customer facing, liaising on the phone, email and face to face
6. You will be doing tasks like clearing up after meetings have taken place, ensuring the kitchen areas remain keen and stocked.
7. Support compliance with health and safety protocols and site regulations.
8. Prepare and update documentation including reports, logs, and KPIs.
9. Address ad-hoc operational issues and escalate when necessary.
10. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments.
The Successful Applicant
11. Have access to a car - You cannot reach this site without a car
12. You will be keen to commit to a One to Two month temporary role
13. Previous experience in an support coordination role.
14. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
17. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Understanding of manufacturing or FMCG environments is desirable.
20. Available to work part-time hours (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and start immediately.
What's on Offer
£circa £12 - £15 per hour plus a great environment. This role will last 1 - 2 months (ongoing)
