Vehicle Technicians (x2)
Location: Crawley Area
Salary: £37,000 basic (Non-MOT) / £38,000 basic (With MOT) + Monthly Bonus (£500–£1,000)
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30, 1 in 6 Saturdays 9:00–13:00 (paid OT at flat rate)

What you’ll be doing
* Routine servicing & mechanical repairs
* Clutch replacements
* Light diagnostics
* CAM belt work
* (MOT testing if qualified)
What we offer
* Competitive basic salary:
* £37,000 (Non-MOT)
* £38,000 (With MOT)
* Timesave Bonus: £500–£1,000 per month (our top performer currently earns £1,000)
* Great work–life balance:
* Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 (45 min break)
* Only 1 in 6 Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 (OT paid at flat rate)

* Experienced technician with solid service & repair skills
* Confident with clutches, servicing, and light diagnostics
* MOT licence a bonus (but not essential)
