About Our Client
The client is a well known global organisation with multiple sites across the UK.
Job Description
3. Lead on complex and high-volume ER casework, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
4. Build strong partnerships with trade unions, supporting effective consultation and negotiation.
5. Coach and upskill managers in people management, policy application, and ER best practice.
6. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
7. Support wider HR projects and change programmes, contributing to areas such as engagement, talent, and organisational development.
8. Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment law
The Successful Applicant
9. Strong HR generalist background with proven experience in complex ER case management.
10. Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-site, unionised environment.
11. Commercially focused, with the ability to balance operational demands with strategic priorities.
12. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
13. Resilient, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with pace and ambiguity.
14. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
15. Able to travel to multiple sites across the UK
