The Role In this pivotal role, you will: Deliver engaging and stimulating Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love of learning within students. Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential. Play an active role in the Maths department, contributing to curriculum development and departmental discussions. Build strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support both inside and outside the classroom. The Ideal Candidate Possesses a strong qualification in Mathematics (PGCE or equivalent). Demonstrates a passion for Maths and the ability to ignite a similar enthusiasm in students. Holds a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging Maths lessons. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
