A global investment bank is now looking to add an Associate to their London Healthcare M&A team. The team is very successful, and has an excellent pipeline of deals.
The role will focus on:
* Execute M&A transactions within the pharma and healthcare sector
* Assisting clients with their M&A strategy
* Work in all aspects of deals from origination to completion
* Deal structuring
* Financial modelling and analysis
* Prepare transaction documents
* Deal negotiation
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
* Associate level professional working in M&A with another firm
* Lead advisory with the M&A team of a major accounting firm
* Excellent deal sheet
