Job description
The Role
As an Junior Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in helping to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about animals and online retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading and updating product listings across multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
* Writing engaging and accurate product descriptions
* Assisting with online promotions, pricing, and merchandising
* Helping with content creation, including product imagery and basic editing
* Supporting the marketing team with newsletters and social media campaigns
Requirements
* Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment (preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a strong plus
